Whether you are preparing for a state inspection or an NPCA certification inspection, this course will focus on the steps required for quality production and the required administrative recordkeeping that is so important to ensuring a higher score. Top-scoring plants create additional sales opportunities because customers are assured of receiving a quality product. This course will cover the critical QC elements and required documentation that inspectors look for during an inspection. Also covered is the documentation that inspectors look for when they are rating your plant. Students are encouraged to take Q2 and Q3 in series.
At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Interpret critical elements of plant inspections
- Observe how and why critical elements are verified during the inspection process
