A primary goal of the NPCA educational course series is to expand the horizons for precasters and train all levels of plant personnel in the best practices of quality precast concrete production. This class will provide plants with critical QC tips, techniques and guidelines for achieving successful plant inspections. In this segment, learn what specific types of recordkeeping forms are required and how to set up your precast plant for compliance with NPCA's Plant Certification program. Students are encouraged to take Q2 and Q3 in series.
At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Recognize tools to put the precast plant in compliance mode
- Develop proper documentation for plant inspections
