HOTEL RESERVATION

Our headquarters hotel is big, but it could sell out, so make your reservations as early as possible. All reservations are based on availability and must be made by Jan. 11, 2010, to receive the special convention rate.

RESERVING MULTIPLE ROOMS

Reserving blocks of five rooms or more in the headquarters hotel requires approval from NPCA. Please submit requests in writing directly to NPCA. Call Denise Bradburn at (317) 571-9500 or e-mail her at dbradburn@precast.org.

DEPOSITS

All room reservations require a deposit of one night?s room and tax for each reservation. Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of deposit and loss of the room for the remainder of the stay.

TRAVEL

The Travel Authority has been selected as the official travel agency for The Precast Show. The Travel Authority will search for the lowest available airfare from your city of departure to Phoenix. All tickets purchased are subject to a $35 service fee per ticket.
