Why Exhibit at The Precast Show

Our survey research shows that precast and pipe producers who this show are serious shoppers. Many attendees use the show to plan their major purchases for the upcoming year. The size of this show is ideal, because it is not too big, not too small.

First-Class Educational Opportunities
As an Exhibitor, you are entitiled to attend select NPCA educational programs without charge. A wide variety of courses will be available. Dozens of educational courses cover the latest tehcnical, management and leadership topics. Special seminars have also been added for producers, engineers and installers.

Non-Competing Show Hours
To have the attendees' complete attention, we schedule all other events around show hours - including Saturday and Sunday lunch which is served on the show floor.

Standard Booth Package
Each booth comes with standard pipe and drape in show colors and a booth identification sign.

Year-Round Pre-Show Promotions
Aggressive promotion begins at the previous year's show and continues throughout the year. Trade show attendees are encouraged to join us in Houston through advertising, direct mail and media outreach.

Discount Show Passes
Inviting your customers to visit you is easy - just give them a discount coupon for admission. They get discounted admission and you get their thanks!

Admission Badges for Your Staff
A limited number of badges are provided to all exhibitors. In addition to admittance to the show floor, the badges provide access to select educational courses and special show events.

Show Guide Listing
You'll see attendees carrying the Show Guide throughout the show, and many will use it to plan their show floor tours. Your free listing includes your booth number and product listings. This guide is utilized by attendees as a resource throughout the year.

Advertising and Sponsorship
Advertising opportunities are available in the Show Guide which is distributed to all attendees during the trade show. Sponsorships can enhance your company's visibility during The Precast Show.

Exhibitor Exclusivity
Only exhibitors are allowed to solicit on the show floor. To protect you and the show's integrity, violators will be asked to cease this activity or be escorted off the show floor.

Post-Show Registration List
After the show, follow up with a mailing to everyone who walked the floor! It's easy with the post-show registration list you receive as an exhibitor at The Precast Show.

There are 2 options:

Exhibiting Costs for The Precast Show

Member cost is $20 per square foot.

Non-member cost is $26 per square foot.

Minimum of 100 square feet.
