When will exhibitors receive information about booth set up, move-in schedules and other details?
All exhibitors will receive their Exhibitor Service Manuals via direct mail. The Exhibitor Service Manual will also be available online in Fall 2008.

By what date must I reserve booth space, and what is the pricing structure?
There is no deadline as long as there is space. Members of NPCA and APCA receive the member rate of $20 per square foot. Nonmembers pay $26 per square foot. For inquiries on the trade show booth space, contact NPCA at (800) 366-7731 or fill out the online contact form.

Is there a current trade show floor plan accessible online?
The trade show floor plan is updated every Friday. You can see the most current floor plan online.

When will I see the trade show attendees list, and do I receive this by mail?
Two Weeks after The Precast Show, each exhibitor will receive a list of the show attendees by e-mail in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
