PRODUCTION AND QUALITY SCHOOL

Three-day commitent
Production and Quality School (PQS) is the flagship course of NPCA's educational series. The course curriculum addresses the fundamentals of the precasting process. Topics include concrete materials, reinforcement, batching and mixing, pre- and post-pour operations, production practices and quality control.

Note: Participants in PQS are required to attend all three days of class to obtain a certificate of course completion.

PRODUCTION AND QUALITY SCHOOL (SPANISH)

This course offers the same great material as NPCS's standard PQS, with all material taught entirely in Spanish. It is the industry's only Spanish language, precast-specific curriculum focusing on the production of quality precast concrete, from raw material delivery to shipping and installation.

Note: Participants in PQS are required to attend all three days of class to obtain a certificate of course completion.

PRODUCTION AND QUALITY SCHOOL (PQS) - LEVEL II TECHNICAL

This technical course has been redesigned and is recommended for all those who have previously completed PQS Level I. Attendees will learn technical concepts such as Center of Mass and Structural Analysis. These advanced concepts will be presented in layman's terms so that reinforcement placement and proper lifting techniques can be better understood. Additional topics include blueprint reading, knowledge of specifications and much, much more.

Note: Participants in PQS are required to attend all three days of class to obtain a certificate of course completion.
